Curried Lobster - $19.99
Succulent Lobster simmered in a special curry sauce with onions, garlic, bell peppers, coconut milk, and scotch bonnet pepper

Braised Cow Foot -$11.99
Cow Foot seasoned with special seasonings and stewed until tender. Buttered beams added after cooked
Stew Peas -$12.99
Red Kidney Beans cooked with small pieces of pork and beef into a thick stew with small dumplings added
Ackee and Saltfish with ground provisions -$11.99
Jamaica’s National Dish. Salted cod sautéed with boiled ackee, onions, scotch bonnet peppers, tomatoes, and other spices.  Served with dumplings, green bananas, and yellow yam (seasonal)
Escoveitch Snapper and Festival (prepared to order) -$16.99
Entire snapper fish seasoned and fried and covered with habanero peppers, onions, carrots marinated in vinegar. Served with small fried sweet dumplings
Spicy Jerk Pork -$13.99
Pork with skin-on, marinated in special jerk seasoning and grilled slowly until tender
